R Series Rigid Frame Truck Shelter:

• Raked cut header on all rigid wood frame models prevents water from standing on top
• Heavy duty structural channel support/protective bumpers with rigid type units
• Overlapping weather shingles on head curtains
• Side and head curtain wiper action allows full access to rear of truck
• Face curtains on rigid type include scotch ply fiberglass stays and yellow guide stripes
• 6oz. translucent white fiberglass top cover
• Side covers translucent 28 oz. P.V.C. base fabric or 6 oz. translucent fiberglass

Pioneer PF Series Head Curtain Dock Seals:

• Non sagging head curtain design utilizes 3/4" galvanized pipe for front edge support
• Hybrid design head curtain with foam layer (4" or 1") on curtain plus optional extra fabric cover
• Custom design available for special sealing needs
• Highly effective for doors of oversize height
• Weather tight enclosure for maximum energy savings
• Fabric weight protection from 40 to 140 oz.
• Pressure treated wood backing
• Steel backing optional

Scale Service:

Keep your scales up and running; with over 90 years of combined technical experience, we have the "know-how" to properly repair many different types and brands of scales. We employ (8) factory trained & experienced scale technicians, (4) in the Omaha, Neb. Area, (2) in central Iowa, & (2) in eastern Iowa. We have a Test Truck available in each area, which is equipped with certified test weights. As an Avery Weigh-Tronix distributor, some of the equipment we work with includes, Salter Brecknell, Dillon, and GSE equipment. We also offer service agreements where we do periodic inspection/calibration service at a set fee. The customer selects the type of inspection schedule for the agreement. Upon completion of the inspection, the customer receives a test report showing the tests performed and the results.
